The mailing address for C News bug reports, comments, compliments, gripes,
etc. is moving from utstat to utzoo.  It is now

aka	c-news@zoo.utoronto.ca
aka	utzoo!c-news

Actually, the old address will work for a while, but since Geoff is leaving
utstat, we can't guarantee it forever.
