Message-ID: <1990Oct29.000335.3093@iconsys.uucp> Date: 29 Oct 90 00:03:35 GMT Organization: Sanyo/Icon International, Inc., Orem, Utah Lines: 12 Has anyone written a program to print the current activities of C news? I'm looking for something similar to the "lpstat" or "uustat" administration programs that come with System V; ie: a program that prints information about the current news queue (disk space, etc..), what (un)batching activity (if any) is going on, etc.... Perhaps a simple shell (perl?) script could extract this information from the various log files? If anyone has already made something like this (or if something like this comes with C news and I just haven't heard about it), please let me know. Thanks. -- - Matthew T.
