John should seek treatment!  He should also wake up to what is going on
and admit to himself what his situation is.  It is not as though he is
alone out there.  Support groups can help the emotional angle.  AZT and
aerosolized pentamidine treatments should be mentioned as a way to
PROLONG the life of HIV+ patients.  It is not time to admit defeat, only
time to admit there is a problem.  Good luck to both of you.
