On the other hand, a staggered mag with 14 rounds can be quite an advantage over a 7 round mag. Despite all the compatability problems, I'm surprised that they didn't opt for the 10mm. Depending on the load, it can compare favorably with the .45, and it's capacity is signficantly greater.
