I have uploaded the following upgrades and additions to 
the GNUISH collection:

pd2:<msdos2.gnuish>
M4V05.ARC       Macro preprocessor for C, RATFOR and other languages
MKINF10.ARC     Converts TEXINFO files to INFO files

I downloaded these from vulcan.phyast.pitt.ed, extracted the contents
of the .zoo archives, and repackaged as .arc files.  I added the 
README.NEW files to the first two from the 'incoming' directory
of vulcan.  -David-
