In 1961 Jay W. Forrestor of MIT wrote a book called Industrial Dynamics

In this book is mentioned a program called DYNAMO.  I believe since 1961 this
has gone through a number of iterations and a PC version called Microdynamo
was written.

Anyone know of a site that I could ftp this from?
