One further thing for the users of our (and Simtel20's) monthly new
files information.  Some users have been baffled by not finding some
of the files that appeared on the list.  The reason is obvious.  The
files may be updated also in between.  The latest file list (to
complement the monthly list), or the directory command are the best
avenues in such a situation.
