Can anyone suggest xenix database software suitable for the following task:

 operating system: xenix
 machine         : 386
 users           : 3
 records         : 200K
 sophistication  : slight. lookup, record tagging, multi-attribute selects,
                   reports.
 user interface  : crude OK
 constraints     : lookup must be fast
