Now uucp sessions to one of my TB+ neighbors fails. (Replacing the TB+ with the T2500 fixes problem.) The site that fails is a trans-atlantic connection. Actual connection consists of a leased data line (trans-atlantic), who know how many stat-muxes, etc, and a local (Washinton,DC) TB+ connection. However, because of the setup, there is a higher than usual latency, which makes for a `bursty' connection. I hope this rings a bell with someone. I need to leave the TB+ on the line. For what it's worth, below is the programming script for both TB modems. === AT &F S51=5 S52=2 S54=3 S110=0 S111=30 S45=0 S58=2 S53=3 S66=1 AT S45=255 S0=1 S102=1 Q6 V0 X0 M0 &W === Kent -- Kent Hauser UUCP: {uunet, sun!sundc}!tfd!kent Twenty-First Designs INET: kent@tfd.uu.net (202) 408-0841
