Subject: Need help with T2500/TB+ compatiblilty problem

I have just replaced a T2500 on one of my dialup lines with an
older TB+ (BA4.00 ROMS).  Now uucp sessions to one of my TB+
neighbors fails. (Replacing the TB+ with the T2500 fixes problem.)

The site that fails is a trans-atlantic connection. Actual connection
consists of a leased data line (trans-atlantic), who know how many
stat-muxes, etc, and a local (Washinton,DC) TB+ connection. However,
because of the setup, there is a higher than usual latency, which
makes for a `bursty' connection.

I hope this rings a bell with someone.  I need to leave the TB+ on
the line.
