In general you should call the 800 number.  Telebit apparently isn't
paying much net attention these days, although one ex-telbit person
is being quite helpful.  Page back a few days looking for messages from
Cerafin.  Also, you can send e-mail to telebit!modems, but this is
mostly for sales type info, not tech support.
