ATDT*70,XXX-YYY -or- ATDT1170,,XXX-YYY for pulse ATD1170,,XXX-YYYY The *70 and the 1170 are actually not modem commands, but either tones or pulses send to the telco... works for voice too if you don't want to be interrupted.
