I have a CGS chassi of which I've been monitoring ipOutDiscards.
It is averageing about 6/packets per min.  The ethernets attached
to this unit rarely go above %10 utilization.  I don't feel this
is an acceptable rate, but thought I'd get the opinion of some
others.  Collisions are not a cause for a discard are they?
