Provided you worked with several buffers and files exiting Emacs with the
standard C-x C-c sequence will result in numerous questions of the kind:
(1) Save buffer... ?
(2) Subprocesses exist - kill them?

Is there an Emacs function which will automatically save all modified buffers
and kill all subprocesses?
