This has come up a few times, perhaps an entry in the FAQ posting is 
required.

To get the most up to date bug list all you have to do is mail 
graphtext@cs.brown.edu with "get-text-bug-list" in the subject line.
This will automatically send the bug list to you.  There is also a
software bug list, which you get in the same way except that the
message in the subject line is "get-software-bug-list".

This really works --- even to exotic locations like the U.K. :-)
