Spyglass technologies has a new product called Dicer, which is based on work done at NCSA. It is very good, although slow, as it runs on the Macintosh, not a workstation. It is the best program I've seen on a micro for 3-D visualization of data sets. I'll be glad to provide more information if anyone is interested.
