   Do you know of a procedure in 370 assembly language that allows
   to manage the SPOOL?

    I am interested to make a program that print a file which is set on
    the SPOOL. First, edit the desired file and then using a virtual
    disk, copy it to the SPOOL. Second send the SPOOL's content to the
    printer.
