In particular, I'm looking into dynamic storage allocation algs that operate on top of paged, VM systems. I found two recent refs: 1. Brent, "Efficient Implementation of the First-Fit Strategy for DSA", Acm Trans On Prog. Langs. and Systems 11, 3 (July '89), 2. Bozman, etc., "Analysis of free-storage algorithms -- revisited", IBM Systems J. 23, 1 (1984), but no other references (and little earlier work). Can anyone point me to further references? Thank you for your help. -- Joe Hummel ICS Graduate Student, UC Irvine Internet: jhummel@ics.uci.edu
