That is the unit with the toner hopper and the magnetized feed roller. It is held in with two thumb screws and lives under the cover just in front of the paper trays. There is a field maintenance guide that shows all this info. It was $25, I think. The developer units are $140, I think. Unfortunately, I no longer work where I learned all this nice info, so I can't be specific. There is an 800 number for parts ordering. Your local NEC office should be able to give this to you.
