Hi Folks,

I am looking for someone who has created a .prm file for 
1_2um MOSIS SCMOS.  Unfortunately, we do not have any process 
information from any of the fab runs used by MOSIS, making it 
difficult to generate a reasonably accurate parameter file. We 
would like to begin simulating our processor with the smallest 
SCMOS techonology available.

The .prm file is for use with the newest version of IRSIM
(v8.6). This is the version that is contained in the
most recent release of MAGIC (v6.3)

I would greatly appreaciate it if someone could email me
a copy of their version of an scmos1_2um.prm file or at
least some process data from a 1_2um MOSIS vendor run.
