All I need to do is to be able to represent rectangles in different layers, to fetch these rectangles, change their coordinates, and to add new rectangles. I am thinking of using the Magic database to save the effort to build it myself. I would be useful if anyone would be able to tell me which sections of the Magic code would be relevant for my efforts. I have access to the source here at school.
