I am having trouble installing Csound on to my Mac IIcx using
Think C, so I'm hoping that someone can answer the following
questions.

What are the functional differences between the Csound.pi B and the
Csound.pi B/C4 projects?

Where can I get (or how should I make) macperf.c, sfcodes.c, and
sfname.c, which are necessary to the Csound.pi B/C4 project, but
were not included in the package?

Where can I get (or how should I make) testRes.c and myalloc.c,
which are necessary to the Csound.pi B project, but were not included
in the package?

Are there any utilities available for converting DigiDesign Sound Designer
files to Csound files?
