SEMI standard on Semiconductor Manufacturing Terminology, defining terms such as "yield", "uptime", and "mean time to failure". Does anybody know of such a standard? Is there an up-to-date list of SEMI standards on-line somewhere? I spent some time on the phone with the IEEE Publications office, but the closest match they could find me was a 1980 standard on Electrical Devices. Thanks in advance for any help...
