I there anyone out there who knows of a place where I can get a PD
quadratic subroutine written in C.  I am attempting to write a program
which generates an efficient frontier, and this piece would be very
handy.  You can E-mail your replies to me so the newsgroup doesn't get
cluttered with articles no one wants to read.  Thanks.
