You should try your local Tandy/Radio Shack.  What you want is the OS9 Level 
II Developer's Kit.  It was $99.95 U.S. while the COCO was being marketed.   
You should be still able to get the package (includes RMA with link editor, 
SCRED, touch, login, binex/exbin etc. by special order if it isn't in stock.
