I highly recommend the Clearbrook Software Group's I.M.S.  I use both it and 
SCULPTOR, and find IMS to satisfy a great number of my needs.  Neither of 
these DBMS' are relational, but in the case of IMS, virtually all dBase code 
can be converted in a highly automatic fashion.  If you have a UNIX box with 
m4 available, you can completely automate the process.  Their order phone is
