My father's company printer the IDS (International Data Systems)
Prism wide carriage printer has developed a short and the schematics
cannot be found and none of the local printer repair people are
familiar with the brand and some even believe the company is no
longer around (the printer is 4-5 years old). Any help regarding
this matter would be appreciated.
