Are there any computer-DAT drives that can be used as audio-DAT drives
(i.e., with a digital- or analog-out connector somewhere to hook up to other
  parts of a stereo system).  Some people here were interested in DAT iff
that combination exists (for their research needs!), but it is interesting
to ponder the possibilities...
