Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the LM/X
(portable LanManager for unix) products?

We have heard that HP has a beta release for SCO's 386/486 systems
that has limited support to the Named Pipes.
3Com 3+Open should have similar products, but?

We expect that the marketing status of different products is rapidly
moving, and with the LM v.2.0 there might be a possiblity to do 
some sensible internetworking without kludges.
