We are looking for standard APIs for X.400 and X.500. Specifically, we
know that "X/Open Company Limited" and "X.400 API Association" have
developed such specifications, but we don't know how to contact them.
  Can someone please give us address, phone number, and E-mail address of
these organizations ?? Other pointers to APIs for X.400 and X.500 are also
appreciated.
