Several people recommended CMU/TEK as a very solid alternative to Wollengong, TGV et al, although they thought that CMU didn't scale well on a large machine. For this price I'm going to try it and see how things go, if it doesn't do exactly what we need at least we should be able to do something until we can budget the money for a commercial TCP.
