After I posted the announcement/programme of this conference several
people asked how they could get proceedings. I said at the time that I
thought it was unlikely that there would be any (and lost the e-mail
messages!) I was wrong: there were preprints at the conference and a
second version will be printed with transcripts of the discussions.
