     I forgot to mention the ST-157N-1 is 1 year old and the ST-296N is
about 6 mo. old.
     I have never had a problem w/ either of them.  The ST-157N-1 still
has a year and the ST-296N has 1 1/2 years left on their warranty.
(I bought it w/ a credit card that doubles the manufacturers warranty).
