Hi,

Sorry if this is a frequently asked question but...

Where can I get AREXX? Is it public domain, or a commercial program? What
are it's main advantages and how do you use it? A lot of programs say they
support it but what does it really do?

Secondly, what is the latest version of ARP (is it still 1.3)? Where is it?
