We are rapidly approaching commercial release, and we are starting to think about the legal matters that accompany such a step. Specifically, we are worried about the use of our product name, "DIALOG Professional". The problem is that there is a large online database system called "DIALOG" and we are worried about TradeMark infringement. We intend to consult a lawyer on this matter, but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone has any experiance in this area.
