It is not a preemptive multitasking OS. It is less of that than DesqView is. Just because you can time slice does not mean you have a multitasking OS. If that were the case any computer could be said to multitask. I may be picky on this but MultiFinder is NOT a multitasking OS, and if it were it would be the worst one in history.
