If Apple is so set on the Mac, they should have came out with this Mac LC/w IIe card years ago. But, they instead developed the GS and then years later the Mac LC. Their timing is way off. Of course, I still think the Mac LC needs at least 3 slots; even the Mac IIsi could use 3 slots. Personally, the MacIIcx should have been updated instead of dropping it for the IIsi.
