Thanks to the people who responded to my request for information regarding
paging the Mac/65 supercartridge in and out. I wrote a few test programs and
found that this can be achieved by accessing location $D508 and it can be
paged back in by accessing $D500.

It's weird to have a cartridge plugged into the XL and still be able to use
the built-in BASIC (not that I use it, just for experimental purposes :-)
