I've gotten a request or two about the STOS .MBK sprite file format and
so I'd like to add a descrption of it to the picture formats list.  I
have the description from the back of the STOS manual but it seems to
only describe the format of "sprite banks" in memory, not as they are
saved to disk.

Anybody know more details on .MBK files?  I must confess I don't
know that much about STOS so perhaps I'm missing something...
