I would like to comment on the complaining that I have heard recently from
the people who bought their HP-48SX before (or after) the time period in
which HP was offering the free EQ card.  The offer is no different in
concept than a car rebate from a manufacturer.  If you buy the car during
the time that a $1,000 rebate is offered, you get the rebate.  Otherwise,
you are just tuff out of luck.  This is the exact same case with the
free EQ card.  If you bought the HP-48SX on Sept. 14 then you are not
entitled to the card and there should not be any complaining.  If some one
wants to dissagree with me then please state the reason why you believe
that it should be any different.
