  Early in October someone posted a long list of purported bugs and
anomalies in the Rev-D ROM of the 48-SX; soon thereafter Dr. Wickes
posted a point-by-point reply explaining which ones were 
   (1) ``features,''
   (2) misunderstandings,
   (3) bugs fixed in Rev-E,
   (4) acknowledged bugs or anomalies, not (yet) fixed.
Can some kind netter e-mail me (rlw@isds.duke.edu) a copy of those
postings, or repost?  Perhaps one of the FTP sites should maintain
a "CW^5" subdirectory: the Collected Words of Wit and Wisdom by
William Wickes!  Thanks to all------
