Regular readers, please scrutinize the list and let me know of any inaccuracies and misplacements. Subject: 28/48 FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) -- Monthly Posting will enable anyone who is sick of it to put Monthly in their kill file. Anyone interested in keeping this list (the FAQs) current and posting it every month? I will chat to the Mail Server folks and see if they can automate it. There are numerous things still to be done: we need a lucid description of the following in 10 words or less :-) - Elucidation of HP48 flags - 34, 33, 62 - Explanation of infinite result, and like flags - Table of \ codes, following the 48 manual - How to ftp through BITftp - Explanations of SAD, Chip48. The complete annotated, documented, latest versions of ->ASC and Vectored ENTER (by culling Bills original articles and any pertinent followups) need to be uploaded to the archive sites. Also the latest list of HP48 accessories (rjn-->Jake?). Machine Language Programming - A collection of articles containing all information and techniques thus far posted, featuring, of course, Alonzo's 48 internals, and available in file 48ml on the ftp sites. Any files referenced in FAQ should be available from the Mail Servers. The keepers need to be contacted to see if they will carry these files. p.s. As many have noticed, there has always been suggestions about putting up something like FAQ. Congratulations are in order for jurjen@cwi.nl (Jurjen NE Bos) who put up the first actual FAQ list and of which the one posted is merely an embellished version.
