Has anyone been able to get perl3.0 PL37 to compile under
  HP/UX6.5 on a 9000/360?

I keep getting:
C1 internal error in "eval": out of space - unable to allocate memory
for internal
use

I've tried playing with some of the -Wc,-N  options--all to no avail.
