For some reason, I find myself involved in publishing newsletters and I'm
going blind using a 14" monitor.  I'm considering going to 16", but will
probably splurge and upgrade to a 19".  Any recommendations on a good but
not horrendously expensive 19" monitor.  Any thing to look out for?  Good
or bad?  What about a card?  I do know I'm looking for a dot pitch of
.28 or better and SVGA.

I'd appreciate any help you can give me.  Thanks.
