Fairly simple, you have to ground NMI with a momentary switch.
I tend to remember that NMI can be found on pin 1 of the expansion bus,
but I am not sure anymore wether it is on tha A side or the B side -- I think
it is on the B side, but double check that.

Some debuggers support such a breakout switch, such as BXD, CodeView,...
