Just got my Zeos notebook this week. EXTREMELY happy with it. Haven't seen 
either the new Sharp or TI so I can't compare, but it far nicer than the
Toshibas, Compaqs, and Bondwells I've played with. The screen is the best I've
run across. Don't know about upgrade to an SX chip, but I sort of doubt it.
