I got mail from someone at Microsoft asking if I had checked the width of the table that should have been on the first page. I hadn't. Table *height* occurred to me (and there was plenty of vertical space for the table), but *width* had not. The net is great (see the sig below)! Thanks to everyone who sent me mail on this one.
