I've seen articles here about a shareware DA called BinHqx for doing the
.hqx translations.  I found it a SUMEX, ftp'd it, dehexed it and unstuffed
it.  Everything went well with no indications of problems.  The docs file
indicated no unusual actions required to install it.  The version number 
indicated is 1.0.  I rebooted, then tried to open BinHqx.  I see the
BinHqx menu item in the menu bar for about half a second, then the menu
bar reverts to whatever was there before I tried to open the DA.  BinHqx
is nowhwere to be found; but when I try to remove it with Font/DA Mover,
it claims that BinHqx is active and cannot be removed.  Has anyone else
seen this behavior?  Any ideas?
