 	I have been FTPing GIF files from places like sumex.stanford and
wuarchive.wustl but when I try to view them my programs (GIF converter and
QuickGIF) can't load them.  I've tried Stuffit and that won't decode the
pictures and I put them through UUdecode and it does nothing.  I'm working on
an SE/30.  What is going on?  Thanks
