That's correct, you haven't, because it falls into the same category as MacTCP.
Which is that you can purchase it, but you cannot just redistribute it, unless
it is part of a "product".  Apple can correct me if I am wrong, but I really
doubt that there are any ligit BBS's that are allowing it to be downloaded.
