I ordered a SCSI cable that was defective and they Hmm... I had a problem with some software MacWarehouse sent me. It had to be returned for a replacement. When I talked to the service person on the phone, they said I would get the replacement in 2 days, but it ended up taking a week. But, they did replace it within a day of their processing the replacement. When the airborne person came by to pick it up, she said that she see's returns very frequently from MacWarehouse (she even knew their zip code). Apperently what the service person didn't tell me was that you can return an item for credit, and repurchase the replacement. That way, you can get the replacement as early as the next day. --Brady
